You will practice a beautiful daily Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga program to help you relax for the week, and you will be taken out for two snorkeling trips and given talks on the marine world by a qualified marine biologist. And if you have never snorkeled before don’t worry – we’ll teach you. The only requirement is that you can swim, and that you can breathe….which of course you can do if you do yoga.
