per person
A yoga holiday to spark joy and deep calm

The retreat
What would it be like to feel true serenity?
Imagine stepping away from the responsibilities, stress and chaos of life to immerse yourself in a week of nourishment. A chance to truly decompress and feel your best.
When was the last time you were able to adventure out by yourself, on a vacation that actually revitalised you, rather than leaving you feeling exhausted by the end?
Meredith invites you to a week of seaside serenity.

Yoga practice
Over seven days and six nights, we’ll immerse in yogic practices, Fijian culture, and connection to nature. We’ll tap into the inherent state of calm that lies beneath the layers of overwhelm and busyness we’re so used to feeling in modern-day life. On retreat, we hold space for you to show up exactly as you are. For a week, you’ll know what it’s like to unwind, rest and experience inner peace. There’s nowhere else to be, nothing else to do. Your every need is catered for. All you have to do is say YES.
Meredith will lead you through twice daily yoga classes in our group’s private outdoor (covered) yoga shala. Enjoy revitalising Slow Flow yoga every morning (all levels) and relaxing classes such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Soundbath healing in the evening. We’ll also experience the bliss of meditation on the beach.

All inclusive package price includes:

Teacher Meredith Buddington
Meredith is the founder of Yoga with Meredith (formerly Mud & Lotus Yoga) and is passionate about yoga and rest! A lifelong dancer and lover of movement, Meredith has found movement to be a potent form of medicine. She fell in love with yoga in her early thirties, after becoming a parent and struggling with post-natal anxiety and depression. Yoga became a major component of healing for Meredith, so much so that she felt compelled to train and share these practices with others.
Over the past eight years, Meredith has run dozens of sold-out urban mini-retreats in Melbourne, holding space tenderly for people to decompress and balance their nervous systems. In 2023, she ran a sold-out women’s yoga retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand. Meredith is a trauma-informed teacher who uses invitational language and sprinklings of humour in her facilitation. She has a special passion for: holding space for women, especially tired mums (she holds a 75hr Women’s-Centred YTT) and for Yin and Restorative Yoga (combined 138hrs YTT in these modalities). Meredith truly believes the body can create so many transformative experiences, whether that be through stillness, vinyasa flows, or grooving to music. She creates experiences for students to realise how inherently amazing they are. Meredith is a lover of words, often sprinkling poetry and quotes throughout her classes. Meredith’s aim is to create a safe container of held-space for you on retreat, so that you may get exactly what you need from this Seaside Serenity experience. Originally from the U.S, Meredith has called Melbourne, Australia home for almost twenty years now, where she lives with her husband, two teenagers and two cheeky cats.
