  • Accommodation – choose from our bures at the front (Ocean View bures), or at the back (standard rooms)
  • Meals : breakfast, lunch and dinner – a mix of local Fijian and Indian food and international recipes (one dinner out at own expense)
  • Excursions:  snorkel on the fabulous coral reefs, bathe in glorious waterfall, revel in the abundant nature of the landscape and experience the rich Fijian culture.

You just need to buy your air ticket and leave the rest to us.

Teacher Deidre-Lee Allen

Deidre-Lee Allen is the founder of Pacific Flow and an experienced movement educator, strength coach, yoga teacher, and meditation guide with over 35 years of experience helping people move, feel, and live well.

Her approach brings together functional strength training, mindful movement, yoga, mobility, breathwork, and meditation to support a healthy, active lifestyle. She believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for building strength, confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Known for her warm, encouraging teaching style and clear, accessible instruction, Deidre-Lee creates a welcoming environment where people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels feel comfortable and supported. Her classes are designed to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing while making movement enjoyable and sustainable.

The Course

On this Fiji retreat, Deidre-Lee invites you to experience the perfect balance of energising morning movement and peaceful evening restoration. Through strength, mobility, yoga, meditation, and time immersed in Fiji’s breathtaking natural beauty and vibrant culture, you’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, refreshed, and inspired to continue your wellness journey long after the retreat ends.

We will do 2 classes a day-

7am Morning Strength and Mobility

4/5pm Evening Restore and Relax

There is a full and exciting programme of activities for the times in between the yoga.

We ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place. If the course does not go ahead and we cancel for any reason, we will refund it in full.

During this week, you’ll enjoy the rich culture and unspoilt nature of Fiji, the place where happiness comes naturally. We’re in Savusavu in Fiji’s North – known as the Hidden Paradise because it really is! We’ll take you out to snorkel on the beautiful coral reefs, to plunge into fresh waterfalls, to visit traditional Fijian villages where you’ll see a deeply hospitable corner of Fiji.

We’ve got a full programme planned – with some spare time to just relax.

We’re located at Daku Resort near Savusavu in Fiji. It’s a small and comfortable resort: you can choose from Ocean View bures, or standard room rear bures.

What To Bring

All yoga equipment is supplied – mats / bolsters / blocks etc.

Bring yuor swimming costume and sun protection (rash top / lycra leggings) for snorkelling, and shoes that can get wet as sometimes the trail to the waterfall can get muddy. And bring a sulu (sarong) for the village visit.

We also offer a range of other activities inside and outside of Daku Resort (please note that unless they are part of the programme, some activities, such as massages and those requiring equipment hire, may have additional costs).
