All inclusive package price includes:

Retreat: The schedule include yoga classes, journalling, mindfulness sessions and special local excursions..
Excursions : Our excursions will take you to a spectacular waterfall, snorkelling out in the bay and optional walks around the steep rainforest trail behind the resort. There will be plenty of time for yourself, to relax and to explore.
Accommodation: Choose either an Ocean View Bures, located at the front, offering  panoramic views of the bay, OR our Standard Rooms at the back provide a peaceful sanctuary, or a room in one of our two-bedroom villas.
Meals: We provide breakfast, light lunch and dinner cooked with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to nourish your body and delight your taste buds.

You just need to buy your air ticket and leave the rest to us.

Teacher Olga Kirk

Olga Kirk is a passionate wellness facilitator, yoga activist, massage therapist, and musician dedicated to helping others live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

She began her journey by creating retreats for the Russian community in Victoria (Australia) and later expanded to Australian women, offering customized wellness experiences in Australia, Bali, and India.

Suitability: all levels.

Excursions and extras: Excursion to the Vuadomo waterfall; village visit to see the traditional meke dance; tapa demonstration from local craftswoman.

Food: Mixed menu Fijian / Indian / International (alternatives on request).

Itinerary:   Arrive Savusavu Saturday . Retreat starts that evening, ends Friday evening. Depart Savusavu Saturday morning after breakfast.

What To Bring

We’re fully equipped for all yoga sessions.

If you’re a keen swimmer / snorkeler, you should bring a rash vest for sun protection (you might like to bring a full body lycra suit for even better protection).

Reef shoes are useful.Snorkels, masks and fins are provided although if you have your own mask and snorkel, you might prefer to bring them

Accommodation is packaged with your course, and there are a variety of comfortable lodgings available during your stay with us at Daku Resort. Upgrades to your accommodation are available, however, costs may vary with different accommodation options.

We’ve arranged a number of excursions as part of the course (see Programme tab on the menu bar above). We also offer a range of other activities inside and outside of Daku Resort (please note that unless they are part of the programme, some activities, such as massages and those requiring equipment hire, may have additional costs).

Saturday April 5 (Day 1)

Arrive.

4.30 Introduction circle: setting intention and purpose of your journey ahead. Be guided through meditation to bring awareness and love to the self. Goal setting.

6.00  Welcome kava ceremony

7.00 Dinner

Sunday April 6  (Day 2)

7.30 Traditional hatha yoga practice: stretch and connect to stimulate the body’s flow of energy.

8.30 Breakfast

9.3. Group connection and journaling session on gratitude.

11.00 Snorkel trip in boat (1st group)

1.00 Lunch

2.00 Snorkel trip (2nd group)

Free afternoon

  1. 30 Burn your negative past session

7.00 Dinner, followed by ecstatic night dance at the pool.

Monday April 7 (Day 3)

7.00 Silent morning beach walk to listen to your inner voice and enjoy the sunrising over the back of the mountains behind Daku.

8.00 Breakfast

9.30 Trip to Savusavu : visit the market, browse the shops, stop for a coffee or a smoothie, have a look at the thermal hot springs.

12.30 Lunch at Daku Resort

1.30 Masi (bark cloth) demo by local craftswoman: approx. 40 mins

Free time to relax, swim, have a massage.

4.00 Yoga nidra to help reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity and promote overall wellbeing by deeply relaxing both the body and the mind.

Tuesday April 8 (Day 4)

9.30 Powerful mindset session : “creation of new habits”

Free time to go snorkeling, take a hike, have a massage.

12.30 Lunch

4.00 Visit to local village and meke dance

Wednesday April 9: Day 5

7.00 Silent morning beach walk.

8.00 Breakfast

9.30 Guided Yoga or body pump session

11.30 Trip to Vuadomo waterfall.

1.30 Lunch back at Daku

2.30 Mandala canvas workshop with Olga – immerse ourselves in the creativity and atmosphere of our session together.

Thursday April 10: Day 6

7.00 Yoga and meditation class paired with top body and core session, to sculpt lean muscles and fall in love with your reflection in the mirror.

8.30 Breakfast

Morning: free time

1.00 Lunch

4.00 Pranayama class to improve clarity, reduce stress and enhance overall well being through controlled breathing techniques.

7.00 Dinner followed by ecstatic dance

 

Friday April 11: Day 7

7.00 Yoga and meditation class paired with lower body session.

8.30 Breakfast and free morning

10.00 Essential oils cleansing session where you will also create your own concoctions to take home with you.

1.00 lunch

10.00 Pranayama class and final women’s circle. Gratitude journalling.

6.30 Farewell kava ceremony

7.00 Final dinner with games and dancing.

Saturday April 12: Day 8

Breakfast and depart.

During this week, you’ll enjoy the rich culture and unspoilt nature of Fiji, the place where happiness comes naturally. We’re in Savusavu in Fiji’s North – known as the Hidden Paradise because it really is! We’ll take you out to snorkel on the beautiful coral reefs, to plunge into fresh waterfalls, to visit traditional Fijian villages where you’ll see a deeply hospitable corner of Fiji.

We’ve got a full programme planned – with some spare time to just relax.
