per person

A transformative escape to Fiji with its unspoilt paradise and sparkling sea to revitalise your body, mind and soul.

Jem welcomes yogis of all levels:  under her guidance you can choose to start learning yoga on holiday, or focus on strengthening and developing your existing practice. Whichever path you choose, you will return home sun-kissed, re-balanced, rested and restored.

Jem’s background in teaching yoga at hugely varied levels has helped her to develop a deep insight into what each body needs. She has led young trainees, soldiers, aviators and sailors, corporate executives, women during all phases of life including pre and post natal and other people of all ages making yoga accessible to most.

Jem will lead at least two yoga sessions daily, starting with an energizing but gentle yoga flow in the morning and unwinding with a yin or restorative practice in the early evening.

Jem countryside

Meet Jemymah.

During Jem’s 20 years of corporate and military service she found yoga as a way to balance her energy. Teaching yoga to her colleagues on deployments and at home quickly became the most rewarding part of her life. In 2019 Jem decided to open her own studio while continuing to work full time. She has facilitated yoga and wellbeing sessions for hundreds of clients in small settings, corporate events, yoga festivals, workshops and retreats. In 2023 she is retiring from full time service to focus on sharing more yoga and balance with the world.
