In order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required. If there is more than one person on your form, please allow for their deposit as well as yours when you authorise the payment. Our full terms and conditions can be seen here.
At the moment we just ask for a $400 deposit. As soon as we have reached the required minimum numbers we will confirm the course and you can go ahead and purchase your flights. Your deposit is fully refundable if the course does not happen. (We ask you to wait for us to confirm the course because, depending on what class of flight you book, airlines will normally only issue a credit or sometimes no refund at all.)

It makes for a rich cross-referencing of thoughts and ideas in much the same way as we once did in the JCR or in late night discussions in our own rooms at college.
