Free-Style Yoga is a combination of yoga styles, based mainly on Hatha yoga promoting the free and open practice of Yoga without physical or mental limitations, working within your comfort zone then exploring thereafter.

Pacific Yoga Flow with a touch of pilates Deidre-Lee Allen May 27 – June 3 2017

There is a strong focus on core stability and strength within each session and a positive attitude towards achieving balance and abundance in health and well-being. Every day there will be two sessions of an hour and a half each: an early morning sunrise session, and a late afternoon practice, with a break on Wednesday afternoon.

Yin Yang Yoga retreat with Erika Josa: June 3 – 10

Every morning we will practice a different style of Yoga (Yang) : Gentle flow, Core, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, all increasing in intensity from day one to day 5. Students will be exposed to a wide variety of yoga styles and, with the Erika’s guidance and help, will be able to explore what suits them and which style they prefer. The Iyengar tradition emphasizes correct alignment of the body: it can be a rigorous discipline and therefore has the tremendous reward of a feeling of wholeness when the pose is mastered correctly. It is a practice that brings a deep release, freeing stiff muscles and opening up areas that were previously locked.
