Sunshine Yoga is a gentle, focussed, flowing style which has been developed over many years of varied yoga practices and teachings. Being in the moment with focus on breath and how you “feel” in the posture is the key to moving stagnant energy and blockages. Freeing the hips with gentle and slow movement and specific postures, opens the whole body on a physical level, which is then supported on the mental, emotional and spiritual layers. A beautiful soft awareness frees our being on very deep levels.

lyn-thomas-1Lyn Thomas has 48 years of yoga practice which includes various styles of yoga and meditation. She holds a Dip. IYTA Australia (International Yoga Teachers Association) and a Cert. YTT Ananda Yoga, USA. Sunshine Yoga, which she teaches, now stands as a style in its own right. She also has experience and training in: massage, flower & crystal essences, counselling, vegetarian cooking, vibrational kinesiology and many other areas of natural health, besides being a specialist in yoga, relaxation and adventure holidays and retreats. www.sunshineyoga.com.au
