This retreat is designed to give you the time and the space to slow down, get away from the business of life, and start to nourish yourself.You will have a ninety minutes Vinyasa yoga class in the morning and 60 minutes of Yin yoga in the evening...and 2 hours of special “play” workshops daily.

Afternoon will be our Yin practice, perfect time to slow down and finish the day in a calming and restorative way.

David’s workshops provide you with an exhilarating, rewarding and above all accessible approach to painting portraits, using the medium of pastels. A well recognized painter of considerable ability, he doesn’t like the word ‘talent’ as it suggests that painting has hidden keys that not everyone can unlock.

Creating a drawn or painted image is different for each of us, as we all see and work differently, with different vision. This week will be about opening your mind and refining your techniques to embrace the many aspects of drawing: capturing memories of a great trip, giving expression to a mood in a cafe, or preserving the face of a friend you value.

Elena is a calm, nurturing teacher who takes her students step by step through the process of creating and perfecting the seascapes and landscapes of the rich tropical environment of Fiji. Her demonstrations are constructed so as to really show her class how to achieve an effect, and she stops to give each and every student personal attention on that path.
