We are delighted to welcome you to Paradise Courses. If anything on this form is unclear, please just fill in the message box with your question – or give us a call on +612-8094-1613.

In order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required. Please use this form to make a booking as well as request quotes for flights, travel insurance and accommodation for anyone traveling with you.

International Flights and Travel Insurance
  1. We can book your international flights to Fiji so that all connections run as smoothly as possible. If you would like use to quote or book your international flights, please specify which city you are flying from.
  3. You are strongly advised to have travel insurance for this tour. Please check the box below if you would like purchase it through us. We will quote you a price before proceeding.
  5. If you wish to purchase travel insurance through us, please nominate the amount of the cancellation cover. This amount should include the cost of airfare, the Paradise Course and any other prepaid arrangements:

Terms and conditions

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.


  1. Payment schedule and cancellation terms. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full amount is due 90 days before the course commencement date. Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter / fax / email).
    Cancellation charges are as follows:
    - less than 90 days before course starts: 40% of cost;
    - less than 50 days before course starts: 65% of cost;
    - less than 30 days before course starts: 100% of cost.
  2. All prices and times are based on flights ex-Sydney; please ask for a quote if you are flying from another airport. Where the price includes the international air fare, it is based on flights ex-Sydney.
  3. All itineries are based on flights ex-Sydney.
  4. Flights from other airports may require an overnight stay in Nadi; this can be booked with us for A$85.
  5. If a course is under subscribed we may cancel; in this case a full refund (including deposit) will be made.
  6. Courses need minimum numbers to proceed; you must obtain confirmation that the course will go ahead as scheduled before booking your international flight.
  7. If a teacher is unable to come due to last minute accident / illness, we will find a replacement
  8. Passports. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is up to date and that you supply us with your name exactly as shown in the passport. Visas are not required for Fiji for Australian, New Zealand, US and UK passport holders.
  9. You are strongly recommended to have travel insurance for this tour. Please confirm details of your insurance, or indicate in the form above if you would like to purchase it through us.
  10. Health requirements. Please ensure that you advise us of any health conditions and that you carry sufficient medication for any medical conditions. Fiji has no mandatory requirements for inoculations but you should consult your GP for advice.
  11. Bookings made less than 60 days in advance may carry a supplementary charge; this is dependant on flight prices.
  12. Once booked, changes may be allowed at a cost, if permitted by the airfare rules. If not so permitted, no changes can be made.
