You’ll be studying seascapes, landscapes and flowers and foliage. Charcoal is an equally fascinating medium. It encourages you to look at line, tone and texture. It’s a free, flexible art form which can be expressive and bold or mysterious and subtle.

This retreat is designed to give you the time and the space to slow down, get away from the business of life, and start to nourish yourself.You will have a ninety minutes Vinyasa yoga class in the morning and 60 minutes of Yin yoga in the evening...and 2 hours of special “play” workshops daily.
There is a strong focus on core stability and strength within each session and a positive attitude towards achieving balance and abundance in health and well-being. Every day there will be two sessions of an hour and a half each: an early morning sunrise session, and a late afternoon practice, with a break on Wednesday afternoon.

Afternoon will be our Yin practice, perfect time to slow down and finish the day in a calming and restorative way.

David’s workshops provide you with an exhilarating, rewarding and above all accessible approach to painting portraits, using the medium of pastels. A well recognized painter of considerable ability, he doesn’t like the word ‘talent’ as it suggests that painting has hidden keys that not everyone can unlock.

Elena is a calm, nurturing teacher who takes her students step by step through the process of creating and perfecting the seascapes and landscapes of the rich tropical environment of Fiji. Her demonstrations are constructed so as to really show her class how to achieve an effect, and she stops to give each and every student personal attention on that path.
